Federal Agents Spotted in Creepy Masks During LA Operations
BREAKING: Federal agents were seen wearing disturbing Halloween masks while operating in the Port of Los Angeles, raising serious concerns about their conduct. This shocking incident occurred on October 24, 2025, and was documented by volunteers from the Harbor Area Peace Patrol, a group monitoring immigration enforcement in the region.
According to eyewitness reports, several agents were spotted leaving Terminal Island, a known staging area for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). A local community member, identified only as Phoebe, captured footage of the agents, including one wearing a “Chucky” mask and another donning a “Momo” mask. “They slowed down, rolled down the window, and stared directly into my camera wearing a Chucky mask,” Phoebe recounted. “This just reaffirms that they really have fun doing this type of work, terrorizing our communities.”
The incident has sparked outrage and confusion among community members. Phoebe and her patrol regularly document vehicle activity in the Terminal Island lot, which is a restricted area. She noted that the same white van was seen at multiple immigration raids across Los Angeles, including an operation in Van Nuys on the same day.
Around 7:23 a.m., the first agent was observed in a “Chucky” mask, followed by another approximately 10 minutes later in a “Momo” mask. The masks appeared to be more than just a Halloween costume; they seemed to taunt the community, according to Phoebe. “They went out of their way to make sure we saw them,” she stated.
Despite requests for comments from both the DHS and ICE, there has been no official response regarding this unsettling episode. Earlier reports from L.A. TACO revealed a statement from Tricia McLaughlin, Assistant Secretary of Homeland Security for Public Affairs, who simply said, “Happy Halloween!”
This incident has raised questions about the appropriateness of federal agents’ behavior and their treatment of local communities. As federal operations often involve sensitive and serious matters, the spectacle of agents wearing masks has left many feeling unsettled and anxious about the intentions behind such actions.
The Harbor Area Peace Patrol, which has documented these activities for years, is now under heightened scrutiny as they continue to monitor these operations. Phoebe emphasized the importance of their work, stating, “It’s crucial that we keep an eye on what’s happening in our neighborhoods.”
As this situation unfolds, community members are calling for accountability and transparency from federal agencies. The public is urged to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activities related to immigration enforcement.
Stay tuned for further updates as authorities respond to this alarming incident and as the community demands clarity on the actions of federal agents.
