ViaPath Technologies Launches Veterans Pathway to Aid Justice-Involved Veterans
ViaPath Technologies has initiated the Veterans Pathway program, aimed at supporting justice-involved veterans across the United States. Launched on November 11, 2025, coinciding with Veterans Day, this initiative is a collaboration with Edovo, a leading provider of digital learning resources for incarcerated individuals. The program seeks to deliver tailored educational, vocational, and wellness resources through ViaPath’s secure tablet platform.
Addressing Unique Challenges for Veterans
Veterans Pathway is specifically designed to tackle the unique challenges that veterans encounter within the justice system. The initiative offers a variety of resources, including:
- Specialized educational and vocational programs to assist veterans in their transition after release.
- Mental health and wellness support tailored to the needs of veterans.
- Reentry and life skills programs to promote stability, growth, and independence.
Camila Gonzalez, Director of Education & Reentry at ViaPath Technologies, emphasized the importance of this program. “As part of our ongoing commitment to expanding educational access and wellness resources to support successful reentry, ViaPath Technologies has partnered with Edovo to make these foundational offerings freely available to our incarcerated veterans using the ViaPath platform,” she stated.
This initiative reflects a commitment to restorative justice, aiming to equip veterans with the necessary tools for meaningful growth opportunities after incarceration.
Technology Enhancing Learning Experiences
ViaPath’s tablets are designed to enhance the educational experience for individuals in correctional facilities. With an intuitive interface, these devices provide secure access to the Edovo platform, offering educational courses, communication tools, and wellness resources. The integration of Edovo’s offerings has enabled the Veterans Pathway program to be implemented in correctional facilities across 41 states, reaching over 30,000 courses and resources, and achieving significant user engagement.
To date, the program has been launched at 617 sites, with plans for further expansion. The statistics are notable:
- Over 2.9 million courses completed.
- Over 772,040 unique learners.
- A total of 32,426,202 learning hours.
Acacia Graddy-Gamel, Vice President of Product at Edovo, highlighted the importance of this initiative. “Veterans Pathway is the result of listening to the needs of our nation’s veterans and responding with high-quality, relevant programming,” she said. “This dedicated resource honors their service while supporting their futures.”
Beyond the Veterans Pathway initiative, ViaPath Technologies is committed to supporting incarcerated veterans through continuous outreach, advocacy, and specialized programs.
