Montgomery will allow trick-or-treating from 4 to 7:30 p.m., Sugar Grove from 4 to 7 p.m., and Oswego from 3:30 to 8 p.m.. In addition, Plano, Elburn, and Yorkville will host trick-or-treat hours from 4 to 8 p.m..
