The competition for the Heisman Trophy is reaching a critical point as Week 11 of the college football season approaches. Leading the charge is quarterback Julian Sayin from Ohio State, who continues to dominate with a nation-leading PFF grade of 92.0. Despite a recent loss, Haynes King of Georgia Tech remains a strong contender, holding onto his position in the top five rankings for the prestigious award.
Week 11 promises to be crucial for all candidates, and current betting odds reflect the shifting landscape of the race. According to DraftKings Sportsbook, Sayin is the frontrunner with odds of +175. His impressive performance as a redshirt freshman includes an extraordinary 80.7% completion rate, which could set a new all-time record if maintained throughout the season.

In the second position is quarterback Fernando Mendoza from Indiana, with odds of +230. Mendoza has achieved a passer rating of 130.5, ranking him second among FBS quarterbacks this season. He has thrown 25 touchdown passes, helping Indiana secure its highest ranking in program history at No. 2.
Following closely is Ty Simpson of Alabama, whose odds stand at +450. Simpson has an 83.1 passing grade, placing him 16th nationally. With 20 touchdowns to only one interception, his performance has been pivotal for Alabama. Notably, 18 of those touchdown passes originated from a clean pocket, ranking him among the top quarterbacks in the nation.
Another notable contender is running back Jeremiyah Love from Notre Dame, with odds of +4000. Love has lived up to expectations, maintaining a PFF grade of 90.4, the highest among Power Four tailbacks. He also boasts 25 explosive runs, tying for fourth nationally, and has accumulated 227 receiving yards this season.
Despite suffering a loss to NC State, Haynes King remains a key player in the Heisman race, currently ranked fifth with odds of +6000. King recorded an impressive 521 yards of total offense in the game and achieved an 85.1 PFF grade. His performance includes a remarkable 90.2 PFF grade overall and a national-leading 14 rushing touchdowns, showcasing his dual-threat capability.
