Winston-Salem Journal Announces 2025 All-Area Football Defense Team
The **Winston-Salem Journal** has unveiled its All-Area Football Defense Team for the 2025 season, showcasing standout players from local high schools. The selection process involved nominations and votes from head coaches across the region, highlighting the top defensive talents in the area.
Among the featured athletes is **Daviel Eldridge**, a senior from **West Forsyth High School**, who was recognized for his exceptional performance on December 15, 2025. Alongside him, fellow senior **Pierre “PJ” Dean** from the same school also made the roster, reflecting the strength of West Forsyth’s defensive lineup.
Notable Players on the All-Area Defense Team
The team includes a diverse group of talented players from various schools. **King Kalama**, a junior at **Reagan High School**, has earned his spot for his impressive contributions on the field, while **Daniel Honeycutt** and **Ben Boulware**, both seniors from **Oak Grove High School**, have also been recognized for their defensive skills.
