Fox Valley Towns Set Urgent Halloween Trick-or-Treat Hours
URGENT UPDATE: Towns across the Fox Valley have just announced their official trick-or-treat hours for Halloween, making preparations for this festive celebration essential for families. The designated times will take place on Friday, October 31, and local officials encourage communities to join in the fun.
Aurora has established its trick-or-treat hours from 4 to 7 p.m. on Friday. In addition, residents can partake in the city’s annual trick-or-treat event at Wilder Park, located at 350 N. River St.. This event runs from 2 to 4 p.m. and features free candy from over 20 city departments, giveaways, and a lively DJ to set the festive mood. Children are encouraged to wear their costumes for a fun-filled experience.
Meanwhile, Geneva has announced its designated trick-or-treat hours from 3 to 7 p.m. on Friday. Additionally, a special downtown trick-or-treating event is scheduled for Thursday, October 30, from 2 to 5 p.m.. Children can explore downtown Geneva, where participating shops and restaurants will offer treats to those in costume.
Other towns in the Fox Valley have also confirmed their trick-or-treat times for Friday: Batavia and St. Charles will both host trick-or-treating from 3 to 7 p.m., while North Aurora extends its hours from 4 to 8 p.m.. Montgomery will allow trick-or-treating from 4 to 7:30 p.m., Sugar Grove from 4 to 7 p.m., and Oswego from 3:30 to 8 p.m.. In addition, Plano, Elburn, and Yorkville will host trick-or-treat hours from 4 to 8 p.m..
