**Urgent: Aryan Brotherhood Member Murdered in California Prison**
UPDATE: A shocking murder unfolded at Salinas Valley State Prison in California as an Aryan Brotherhood member was killed by three inmates with alleged ties to organized crime. Authorities confirmed that Todd “Fox” Morgan, 57, was attacked just before 10 a.m. on Thursday, leading to immediate investigations and heightened security measures.
The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation reported that the suspects, identified as Todd Givens, 56, Ray Waldron, 51, and Robert England, 61, are now in restrictive housing following the brutal incident. This violent act raises urgent concerns about gang-related activities within prisons, especially among groups such as the Aryan Brotherhood and their rivals.
Morgan was serving multiple state sentences for serious crimes, including robbery and drug offenses, and was also facing a 21-year federal prison sentence connected to a large-scale drug ring he allegedly managed. Investigators revealed that communications seized during the investigation showed Morgan coordinating drug trafficking both inside and outside the prison using contraband cellphones. The drug ring involved multi-pound deals across state lines, with extreme tactics like attempting to throw drug-filled footballs over prison walls.
Witnesses reported the attack was carried out using makeshift weapons, underscoring the escalating violence in California correctional facilities. Givens, known as “Stomper,” has a notorious history, including a previous stint on San Quentin’s death row. He is linked to violent incidents, including the stabbing of a deceased Aryan Brotherhood hitman. Waldron, a suspected member of the Mongols Motorcycle Club, is incarcerated for a 2003 murder in San Diego. England has recently been identified by federal prosecutors as a target for murder by the Aryan Brotherhood.
Authorities have not yet disclosed the motive for Morgan’s murder, but tensions among prison gangs are at an all-time high. Morgan had a lengthy criminal history, including assaults on fellow inmates and a notorious 2000 incident where he attacked a security guard after breaking into Santa Clara University.
As federal prosecutors continue to crack down on the Aryan Brotherhood, with dozens charged in racketeering cases, this latest murder could signal further violent reprisals in California’s prison system. Morgan had been scheduled for a parole board hearing in 2028, but these developments now cast significant uncertainty on his future.
Officials stress the need for immediate measures to address the rising violence in prisons, with investigations ongoing into the circumstances surrounding Morgan’s death. The community is urged to stay informed as more details emerge regarding this urgent situation and its implications for prison safety.
As this story develops, readers are encouraged to share this critical news. Stay tuned for updates on the investigation and the broader implications for California’s prison system.
