URGENT UPDATE: Palo Alto police are actively searching for a suspect involved in an alarming incident of indecent exposure reported on Tuesday afternoon. The incident occurred around 4:30 PM as a teenage girl was walking eastbound on the north sidewalk of the 100 block of Embarcadero Road.

According to authorities, the victim was approached by the suspect near Kingsley Avenue, who initially engaged her by showing his phone and asking for directions. In a shocking turn, the suspect then moved his phone toward his waist, revealing that his pants were undone and exposing himself.

The victim quickly distanced herself from the suspect and reported the incident to police approximately 30 minutes later. Despite prompt police response to the scene, officers were unable to locate the individual described.

The suspect is characterized as an Indian or Middle Eastern man, approximately 30 years old, with thick hair, pronounced eyebrows, dark eyes, and a dark brown mustache that connects to his beard. At the time of the incident, he was dressed in a long sleeve collared button-down shirt and black pants.
