Police Arrest Driver After Stolen Van Chase into Delaware

A stolen vehicle chase that began in Pennsylvania culminated in a dramatic arrest in Delaware on the afternoon of December 30, 2025. Lower Chichester Township police tracked the vehicle, a white Mercedes-Benz work van, after it was reported stolen earlier that day in the City of Chester.

Following his arrest, Hussein posted bail related to the Delaware charge and is currently awaiting a hearing for a charge of receiving stolen property in Pennsylvania.

The passenger was evaluated by police and released at the scene. The initial incident began in the 1000 block of West Ridge Road in Linwood, Pennsylvania. All charges referenced are allegations, and any suspect, arrestee, or defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
