Lee Stover, an enrollment management specialist at Northwest Iowa Community College (NCC) in Sheldon, Iowa, has been awarded the prestigious 2025 Outstanding Staff Award. This recognition highlights Stover’s exceptional contributions to the college community, reflecting his dedication and impact on students and colleagues alike.

A graduate of Adrian High School, Stover has become a pivotal member of NCC’s enrollment management team. Ashley Peters, the Director of Admissions, praised Stover’s uplifting nature, stating, “Every team has that one person who lifts others up, and for us, that person is Lee. He brings energy, encouragement, and positivity to everyone he works with.” She emphasized Stover’s unwavering loyalty and determination, noting that he consistently goes the extra mile to support others’ success.

Leah Murphy, NCC’s Executive Dean of Student and Academic Services, commended both honorees, stating, “Milet and Lee demonstrate how powerful committed educators and staff can be in shaping student success.”
