Participants discuss common topics, including backaches, breastfeeding, and post-natal birth control, fostering a supportive community during pregnancy.

Data indicates that CenteringPregnancy has positively impacted health outcomes by reducing rates of preterm and low-weight births while increasing breastfeeding rates. The program, which was introduced at Cleveland Clinic in 2016, is accessible to all pregnant women receiving prenatal care at the clinic.
