The Onondaga County Clerk’s Office reported a total of 70 residential sales for the week spanning from December 28 to January 3. Among these transactions, two homes tied for the highest sale price, each fetching $650,000. One property, a 2,359-square-foot residence with five bedrooms, is located on three-quarters of an acre in the town of Onondaga. The other, a larger 4,662-square-foot home, also featuring five bedrooms, is situated on a substantial 2.63-acre lot in Manlius.

Sales data is compiled from public records accessible through the Onondaga County Clerk’s Office. Interested parties can utilize an online real estate database to search for additional sales in Central New York. It is important to note that sales updates vary by county, with some reporting more frequently than others, potentially leading to delays in public access to the latest figures.

Notable Home Sales Across the Region

In Camillus, several homes changed hands at varying prices. The sale of a property located at 310 Gordon Parkway was finalized for $165,000, while 219 Inwood Drive went for $250,000. Other notable transactions included 504 Beverly Drive, which sold for $267,500, and 3611 Dunn Road, which fetched $280,000.

Cicero also saw a range of activity, with homes selling for prices from $90,000 for 6508 Marra Lane to $189,900 for 6133 Griffin Drive. In Clay, properties ranged from $135,000 for 9630 Horseshoe Island Road to $284,000 for 4189 Balboa Drive.

Further sales in DeWitt included a home at 111 Haddonfield Drive that sold for $200,000. Fabius saw a transaction for 1642 Apulia Road at $175,000.

Sales Summary and Market Trends

In Geddes, a variety of homes sold, with prices ranging from $65,000 for 324 Second St. to $220,000 for 114 Summit Ave.. Meanwhile, Lysander witnessed sales that included 3338 Hayes Road at $215,000 and 2608 Pipers Court at $265,000.

Manlius remained a focal point of the market, where numerous homes sold for impressive figures. Noteworthy sales included 306 Ferndale Lane at $260,000 and 7246 Magic Way at $317,500.

Finally, Syracuse’s sales ranged significantly, with properties such as 757 W. Onondaga St. selling for just $15,000 and others like 1015 Velasko Road achieving $285,000.

The diverse range of sales prices across Onondaga County reflects the varying demands in the local real estate market, indicating a robust activity level as the year begins.
