Summerlin Expands Low-Maintenance Housing Options for Buyers
The Summerlin master-planned community in Las Vegas is broadening its appeal to homebuyers by introducing a diverse range of low-maintenance housing options across nine neighborhoods. These homes cater to those seeking flexibility and a simplified lifestyle, offering an impressive selection of over 30 attached floor plans. From luxury mid-rise condominiums to contemporary townhomes, buyers can find homes that suit various price points and personal preferences.
As more individuals look to downsize or enjoy the freedom to travel, these residences provide the benefits of community living without the burdens of traditional yard maintenance. According to Jenni Pevoto, senior director of master-planned community marketing for Summerlin, the demand for attached homes spans all age groups. “Attached homes are more than just a trend; they’re a response to changing lifestyles,” Pevoto noted. “From young professionals to empty nesters, buyers want more freedom and fewer responsibilities.”
