With two decades of experience in the field, Dr. Wainscoat will advise clients on intricate competition, regulatory, and damages issues across Australia and New Zealand.

Recognized by Lexology Index as one of Australia’s leading competition economists, Dr. Wainscoat’s expertise spans various domains, including merger clearance processes, cartel investigations, anticompetitive agreements, and the misuse of market power. His extensive experience includes serving as an economic expert in significant legal matters, such as the Apple v. Epic case.
