Beaumont Financial Advisors Increases SPDR T-Bill ETF Holdings by 65%

Beaumont Financial Advisors LLC has significantly increased its investment in the SPDR Bloomberg 1-3 Month T-Bill ETF (NYSEARCA:BIL) by acquiring an additional 75,754 shares during the third quarter of this year. This move boosted the firm’s total holdings in the ETF by 65%, bringing its overall share count to 192,263. As of its latest filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Beaumont’s stake in the ETF is valued at approximately $17.6 million, making it the firm’s 28th largest holding.

The SPDR Bloomberg 1-3 Month T-Bill ETF primarily invests in short-term U.S. Treasury bills, specifically those with maturities between one and three months. This ETF, launched on May 25, 2007, is managed by State Street and aims to provide investors with exposure to low-risk fixed-income assets.

Other Hedge Funds Increase Their Positions

Beaumont’s investment is part of a broader trend among institutional investors. Other hedge funds have also expanded their positions in the SPDR ETF during the same quarter. For instance, Kingswood Wealth Advisors LLC raised its stake by an impressive 86.1%, acquiring an additional 25,948 shares to reach a total of 56,092 shares valued at $5.1 million.

SLT Holdings LLC increased its holdings by 3.4%, now owning 116,045 shares worth approximately $10.6 million. Landmark Wealth Management Inc. made a notable leap, growing its investment by 545.0% with an acquisition of 28,679 shares, resulting in a total of 33,941 shares valued at $3.1 million.

Venturi Wealth Management LLC’s participation was even more pronounced, raising its investment by a staggering 2,550.0%. The firm now holds 85,965 shares valued at $7.9 million after purchasing an additional 82,721 shares. Similarly, Benjamin Edwards Inc. has increased its stake by 39.9%, owning 112,246 shares after acquiring 31,996 additional shares, which brings the total value of its investment to $10.3 million.

Current Market Performance

As of the latest trading session, shares of the SPDR Bloomberg 1-3 Month T-Bill ETF opened at $91.45. The ETF has shown stability, with a fifty-day moving average of $91.51 and a 200-day moving average of $91.58. Over the past year, the ETF has experienced a 52-week low of $91.26 and a high of $91.78.
