Among these transactions, two homes tied for the highest sale price, each fetching $650,000. One property, a 2,359-square-foot residence with five bedrooms, is located on three-quarters of an acre in the town of Onondaga. The other, a larger 4,662-square-foot home, also featuring five bedrooms, is situated on a substantial 2.63-acre lot in Manlius.
