Pillar To Post Celebrates Record Growth and Charitable Launch
Pillar To Post Home Inspectors, the largest home inspection company in North America, celebrated a significant milestone during its annual Brand Conference held on March 4, 2026, in St. Louis, Missouri. The company recognized franchise business owners for their achievements and announced a new charitable initiative following an impressive streak of 13 consecutive quarters of market share growth.
The conference served as a platform to acknowledge the hard work and dedication of franchise owners, reinforcing strategies for continued expansion in 2026. According to Charles Furlough, CEO of Pillar To Post, “Thirteen consecutive quarters of market share growth reflects disciplined execution across our network.” The year 2025 was characterized by solid performance and strategic initiatives, including the introduction of the innovative Pillar To Post HomePage platform.
Franchise owners were also honored for their outstanding contributions. The prestigious Franchise Business Owner of the Year award went to Greg DuPey and his team, who operate in southeast Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Their recognition stems from exceptional operational performance and leadership within the Pillar To Post system. Furlough praised DuPey’s long-standing commitment and recent surge in growth, noting, “He runs a great business, is heavily involved in his community, and contributes to the success of every Franchise Business Owner in Pillar To Post.”
Another highlight was the Rookie of the Year award, presented to Jeremiah Adell from Greater Augusta, Georgia. Adell’s remarkable achievement of generating substantial revenue in his first year, despite the challenges posed by a major hurricane, underscores his resilience. He and his wife, Maria Adell, also a veteran, actively engaged in community service by conducting essential roof inspections after the storm while planning for long-term growth.
Throughout the conference, franchise owners participated in various roundtable discussions focused on enhancing operational efficiency, scaling teams, and prioritizing impactful business development activities. Topics included effective social media marketing and building relationships with local real estate professionals.
In addition to honoring franchise excellence, Pillar To Post launched a new charitable initiative, Pillar Of Hope, designed to support causes aligned with the company’s service-driven culture. Early efforts in this initiative included partnerships with the National Breast Cancer Foundation and the Canadian Cancer Society, facilitating a donation drive across North America during the fall and winter months. As the Pillar Of Hope program expands, future initiatives are expected to be announced.
Looking ahead to the rest of 2026, Pillar To Post is poised to capitalize on the upward trend in housing purchases and a strong demand for home inspections. Furlough emphasized the importance of franchise owner growth, stating, “Our system is growing because our owners are growing.” The energy and enthusiasm displayed at the St. Louis conference reflect a network that is confident and ready to embrace future opportunities.
