WeGo Public Transit is reinstating limited bus services on major corridors in Nashville, Tennessee, allowing riders to return home amidst challenging winter weather. The service will operate for three hours on Sunday, January 26, 2024, from 15:00 until 18:00 local time, when it will again be suspended for the remainder of the day.

Bus routes will include designated snow route detours, aimed at enhancing accessibility while ensuring passenger safety. Despite the temporary resumption, WeGo has announced that its Star service and regional bus services will remain suspended throughout Monday. On that day, the transit agency plans to delay the start of operations until 09:00, also implementing snow route detours for major corridors.

While the limited service offers some relief, passengers are advised to plan their journeys carefully and stay informed about potential changes. The decision to restore service, albeit briefly, reflects WeGo’s commitment to providing essential transportation options during adverse weather conditions.

For up-to-date information regarding bus routes and schedules, WeGo encourages riders to visit their official website or contact their customer service line.
