iHeartRadio’s Jingle Ball Returns to Madison Square Garden
The highly anticipated iHeartRadio Z100’s Jingle Ball is set to return to Madison Square Garden on December 12, 2023, marking its 29th year as New York City’s iconic holiday concert. Scheduled to kick off at 19:00, this event promises to deliver a spectacular evening featuring some of the biggest names in pop music.
According to Mark Adams, Program Director for Z100, “Z100’s Jingle Ball is New York City’s iconic holiday concert, featuring the biggest names in pop music and celebrating the hottest songs of the year.” He emphasizes that the event encapsulates the spirit of the holiday season, making it a must-see for both locals and visitors.
Star-Studded Lineup and Charitable Efforts
This year’s impressive lineup includes artists such as Alex Warren, Conan Gray, Ed Sheeran, and Nelly. Tom Poleman, Chief Programming Officer of iHeartMedia, stated, “New York is the epicenter of the world when it comes to music, excitement, and entertainment.” He noted that playing at Madison Square Garden is a dream for many artists, a testament to the venue’s legendary status.
In addition to the entertainment, the Jingle Ball will also contribute to a meaningful cause. For every ticket sold, $1.00 will be donated to the Ryan Seacrest Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to inspiring pediatric patients through entertainment and education-focused initiatives. Poleman remarked on Seacrest’s commitment to philanthropy, highlighting the foundation’s work in hospitals nationwide.
Expanding the Celebration
The Jingle Ball festivities will extend beyond New York City, reaching audiences in cities such as Dallas, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Miami. Capital One cardholders will have the opportunity to enhance their experience with a Capital One Access Pass, allowing access to an exclusive pre-show party featuring performances from Jingle Ball artists.
This year marks a special addition to the event: a sing-along moment featuring the popular song “KPOP Demon Hunters.” Poleman noted its popularity, saying, “Their song is probably one of the most sung songs in households across America right now,” indicating that this moment may become a viral highlight of the concert.
