Rochester Regional Health has announced a temporary relocation of its laboratory and medical imaging registration office within the EJ Noble Building, located at 80 East Main Street, Canton. Effective January 30, 2024, the registration office will move from the main floor to the lower level, which can be accessed through the rear entrance of the building.

It is important to note that the medical imaging and laboratory services themselves will remain in their current locations and will not be affected by this change. To facilitate a smooth transition, limited registration services will continue to be available on the main floor for several days following the relocation.

Support for Patients During Transition

To assist patients and their families during this period, Rochester Regional Health will provide team members and wayfinding signage to guide individuals to the new registration location. Patients entering the parking lot at 80 East Main Street should take the first right turn, which leads around the right side of the building to access the new entrance for registration.

The temporary relocation is necessary to allow for facility upgrades within the EJ Noble Building. At this time, a timeline for returning registration services to the main floor has not been established, though updates will be communicated as they become available.

Rochester Regional Health is committed to ensuring that patients receive uninterrupted access to essential medical services and appreciates the community’s understanding during this transition.
