SpeedFest Roars to Life at Cordele Motor Speedway This Weekend

SpeedFest is set to ignite the racing season this weekend at Cordele Motor Speedway, with a robust lineup of pre-entries across multiple divisions. Scheduled for January 23-24, 2024, this event not only marks the opening of the season but also serves as Super Fest event #1, solidifying its status as a key fixture in the world of short track racing.

The ASA Southern Super Series Super Late Model and Southern Pro Series Pro Late Model divisions boast an impressive roster of championship contenders, including renowned drivers such as Carson Hocevar, a prominent NASCAR Cup Series Rookie of the Year. Alongside him, competitors like William Sawalich, Dawson Sutton, and Kaden Honeycutt will add to the excitement on the track.

Prominent Drivers and Rising Stars

Among the notable pre-entries is former SpeedFest and World Crown winner Michael Hinde, along with Stephen Nasse, a previous winner of both SpeedFest and the Snowball Derby. The lineup also includes Nashville Fairgrounds champion Hunter Wright, alongside rising talents such as Keelan Harvick, Carson Brown, George Gorham Jr., and Jett Noland.
