Faena Miami Unveils Faena Rose: A New Cultural Living Space
UPDATE: Faena Residences Miami has just unveiled Faena Rose, a groundbreaking cultural space that redefines residential living along the Miami River. This first-of-its-kind, purpose-built area is dedicated to fostering community and artistic expression, marking a significant shift in luxury living.
Located within the twin 68-story towers at 90 SW 3rd Street, Faena Rose spans approximately 45,000 square feet across three levels, perched nearly 700 feet above the river. This innovative space is not just an amenity but a vibrant hub for residents to engage in culture, creativity, and wellness daily.
Alan Faena, the visionary behind the brand, emphasized the importance of this space: “Faena Rose has always existed as a platform shaped by programming, dialogue, and relationships. At Faena Residences Miami, that platform takes architectural form, creating a permanent setting where artistic expression and daily life intersect.”
Faena Rose is designed to be an active environment for dialogue and creative experiences. It features social and cultural areas such as arrival lounges, an infinity-edge pool with breathtaking river views, a restaurant with a bar and dining terrace, private dining rooms, and a library lounge with an outdoor terrace. The heart of Faena Rose is The Pistil, a shared venue for dining and conversation, positioning it as the focal point for resident interactions.
Edgardo Defortuna, CEO of Fortune International Group, highlighted the lifestyle aspect: “People choose to live here not simply to own a residence, but to be part of a complete way of life.” This new development goes beyond traditional living spaces by prioritizing connection and community among residents.
Faena Rose is set to host a year-round calendar of events, including talks, performances, and wellness experiences, all curated to enrich the lives of its residents. According to Pablo De Ritis, Co-Founder and President of Faena Rose, “Today’s buyers are looking for places that help form social circles and foster genuine connection.”
The interiors, designed by Bryan O’Sullivan Studio, present a narrative-driven aesthetic that combines bold design with immersive art, creating a unique communal atmosphere. This approach aligns with Faena’s commitment to integrating art and culture into everyday life.
In addition to Faena Rose, the broader Faena Residences Miami offers a vertically integrated lifestyle with amenities such as the Tierra Santa Healing House. This spa features hydrothermal rituals and wellness programs that promote health and relaxation.
Developed in partnership with KAR Properties, Faena Residences Miami is strategically located near Brickell’s vibrant dining, shopping, and cultural spots, making it a prime destination for those seeking both luxury and community.
With the launch of Faena Rose, Faena Residences Miami is set to revolutionize the concept of residential living, placing culture at the core of daily experiences. This innovative approach is expected to attract discerning buyers looking for more than just a home; they seek a lifestyle enriched by art, connection, and community.
Stay tuned for more updates as Faena Rose begins to shape the lives of its residents in this unique cultural community.
