Arc Beverly Unveils Luxury Coworking Space and Social Club

Arc Beverly has officially opened its doors at 9800 Wilshire Blvd in Beverly Hills, providing a luxurious coworking and social club experience. This new venue caters to professionals seeking an alternative to traditional office spaces, combining a stylish work environment with social amenities.

The space, overseen by Good City Studio, a design and development firm based in Philadelphia, features private suites, collaborative work areas, and outdoor terraces. Founders David Gutstadt and Amanda Potter have extensive experience in developing membership-based lifestyle brands, including Equinox Hotels and the well-known Fitler Club in Philadelphia. Gutstadt describes Arc Beverly as a “workspace-focused club,” emphasizing the importance of private suites and professional environments in attracting members.

This facility spans 65,000 square feet, offering diverse indoor and outdoor settings, including conference rooms, a theater, and two rooftop terraces. It has transitioned ownership from the previous operator, Spring Place, and has undergone significant renovations to enhance its appeal. The club is now onboarding new members, including a tech company that requires a podcast studio.

A standout feature of Arc Beverly is its revamped food and beverage program led by culinary director Victor Totoris. Drawing from his Argentine heritage and experience at local establishments like SCOPA and DAMA, Totoris has crafted a seasonal menu that includes items such as a chicken milanesa sandwich and skirt steak with chimichurri. The club provides al fresco dining options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and happy hour, catering to both members and non-members alike.

Since its opening, Arc Beverly has quickly become a coveted venue for major Los Angeles events, including the NBA All-Star Weekend and the Oscars. The club can accommodate intimate dinners, film screenings, panel discussions, and even rooftop yoga classes for up to 150 participants. With high-profile events on the horizon, including the 2026 World Cup, 2027 Super Bowl, and 2028 Olympic Games, Arc Beverly is poised to host significant gatherings.

To manage the club’s operations effectively, the team has appointed Florence Granteral as vice president of club experience and operations. Granteral brings a wealth of experience from the Los Angeles membership club scene, having previously worked at NeueHouse Club Venice. She describes the space as a business incubator and event venue, fostering connections among members from various industries, including beauty, fashion, entertainment, finance, and technology.

Arc Beverly, owned by the private equity firm Gores Group, has begun to attract interest despite a challenging market for premium coworking spaces. Other facilities in the area, such as Neuehouse, have recently closed locations following bankruptcy filings, while Soho House West Hollywood has begun to limit membership as it transitions to new ownership. In this context, inquiries for Arc Beverly have surged by 50% following recent closures.

“Our mission over the next 12 months is to create a space where people can work, network, and recharge,” said Amanda Potter. She noted the ongoing evolution of the club, which has received both aesthetic and functional upgrades, alongside wellness activities designed to enhance the member experience.

Arc Beverly offers four tiers of membership, with rates beginning at $300 per month. Members gain access to the club’s restaurant, bar, rooftop, lounges, coworking spaces, cultural and wellness programming, and valet parking. The highest membership tier includes 24/7 access to the building. Members also enjoy reciprocal privileges with partner clubs and access to over 70 clubs worldwide through Sonato and Spring Place New York.

This new venture in Beverly Hills reflects a growing trend towards luxurious, multifunctional spaces that integrate work and social life, making Arc Beverly a notable addition to the evolving landscape of coworking and social clubs.
